Ron must be getting his weather predictions from the K Mart web site. All the ones I am looking at say 95 to 100 in Tonasket. Time to go to plan B. We are heading out tomorrow 8-15-2004 , to the Ocean. It has got to be cooler there. We will take time out to do a "pilgrimage" to Curt Cobains childhood house. We are watching the temps in the Okanogan as we prepare for our August trip. Right now it looks like a go for the trip, at least for a stay of 1 night. I predict upper 80's at cabin, which sits at an altitude of 2400 ft. We need to empty water barrels and clean before years end.
