It is so nice to be able t tie into the Internet while in the woods. Using a lap top and a cell phone, we are able to communicate with the outside world. If a trivia question comes up around the camp fire we just look it up on the Internet. It is now 6:39 PM. The rain has stoped. I slept for 3 hours after we arrived. Had a strange dream about my old dog Yoko Ono. She did not recognize me. Just ate some smoked pepper Salmon from Safeway. Very good. Temp is 55 degrees and it is partly cloudy.
This trip is to hopefully finish the new outhouse. In a week we will head to Tahoe to meet Don. Large predator of some type tore up our feeder. We think it was a Chupracabra!! Or maybe a Porkypine or Cougar or Bear. Thunder was great and so was the much much needed rain showers. Bills truck ran very well. Gas is around $2.35 per gallon these days.
